When will my package arrive?
⏶You can track your order on our Status page, or if you used a digital wallet app, you can track it there. If you can't access your account or didn't make one don't worry! The email you provided or phone number will have been sent a message with your order-id and a tracking number. And if you still can't find it reach out to our support team and we'll be able to help you out!
I can't find my account.
⏶Don't worry! If you cannot access your account you can reach out to our support team to reset your password.
How do I track my order?
⏶Easy! Just go to the Status page. If your cookies haven't been cleared recently or you're logged-in you'll be able to see all orders and their progress, or, you can enter a tracking number if you aren't logged in.
